I am so proud to announce that I have won the Woman Who Achieves Award 2025!
The Woman Who Achieves Awards were founded by Sandra Garlick MBE in January 2016. Her mission is to create more women in business role models to inspire others by creating opportunities for them to be seen, heard, and remembered. The 10th Anniversary of these awards was celebrated on 9thMay 2025, where 300 women in business, and a few men too, came together to be inspired, to network, and to celebrate.
Sandra Garlick MBE commented: "Naomi is passionate about what she does and how she delivers it, impressing the Judges with her goals and aspirations, whilst representing the ethos of Woman Who and these Awards."
The judges also added: “Naomi is driven, passionate and purposeful. She is inspiring and looking to pay it forwards, which is hugely admirable. Naomi is clearly family orientated and motivated to changing and influencing how her industry works, operates and evolves, with a benefit for all. Emblematic of what these awards are all about, she is a shining star!”
Needless to say, I was very emotional when receiving this award. What started as a dream fuelled by my children has now resulted in a multi-award-winning business that provides visionary leaders with the support they need to thrive.
What we are achieving here at Calibre is proof that virtual assistant work can be high-quality, dependable, and deeply human. A massive thank you to all who have support my journey this far. It's just the beginning.
